Discovery
We learn the business before the code: what the software is for, who depends on it, where it hurts, and what success would actually look like.
We design, build, modernize and support business-critical applications — one partner from the database through to the mobile app.
Operational software that runs the business: the platforms your teams open every morning and depend on all day.
Your application already works and already holds years of business knowledge. We evolve it in controlled stages instead of throwing it away.
Mobile apps that connect straight into your existing platform and APIs, so field and remote users get a first-class experience without a backend rebuild.
Connecting systems is one of our strongest areas: modern services and older enterprise platforms, made to talk to each other reliably.
Practical AI added where it genuinely improves a workflow, not because it is fashionable. Including private LLM deployments that keep your data in-house.
Deep experience with complex business logic in the database: the stored procedures, financial calculations and reporting queries that quietly run the company.
Ongoing senior engineering capacity for an existing product, working as part of your team with full context and long-term ownership.
For applications that are hard to maintain, poorly documented, half-finished, or generating recurring production problems.
Lightweight desktop software built on the same services as your web and mobile clients, so one business system serves every kind of user.

How an engagement runs
The same sequence whether we are building something new or taking over something that has been running for a decade.
We learn the business before the code: what the software is for, who depends on it, where it hurts, and what success would actually look like.
For existing systems, a genuine review of architecture, database, integrations and deployment. For new systems, a solution design and a realistic plan.
A staged plan with clear priorities, so the first valuable thing ships early instead of everything arriving at the end.
Regular, reviewable delivery. You see progress continuously and can change direction without losing the work already done.
Controlled releases into live environments, followed by the support and iteration that keeps a business system healthy over years.
Engagement models
From a specific difficult module through to long-term development and technical ownership of an entire software platform.
Modernize an existing .NET application without rewriting everything.
We take an application that is valuable but ageing and move it forward in controlled stages: architecture, database, APIs, interface and platform, while it stays in production the whole time.
Ongoing senior development for an existing software product.
A senior engineering partner embedded in your product for the long term, carrying context between releases instead of relearning the system every engagement.
Design and build operational software from the ground up.
Greenfield systems designed around how the business actually runs: workflows, permissions, financial rules, reporting and integrations, built to be maintained for years.
Flutter or .NET MAUI applications around an existing web platform.
We extend a working platform into a complete mobile experience through its APIs, so you gain mobile users without putting the existing system at risk.
Secure APIs for web, mobile and third-party systems.
Well-documented, versioned services with authentication, validation and clear contracts, built so other teams can consume them without asking you how they work.
Connect internal software with the platforms around it.
Payment providers, ERP systems, messaging platforms and third-party services, integrated with proper error handling, retries and reconciliation.
Complex queries, procedures, reporting and performance work.
Database-level engagements where the business logic lives in T-SQL: performance investigations, reporting layers, financial calculations and data migrations.
Useful AI capabilities added to existing business applications.
We identify the workflows where AI genuinely saves time, then implement them, including private LLM deployments when data cannot leave your infrastructure.
Applications that are difficult to maintain or failing in production.
Taking over software that is poorly documented, partially completed, or generating recurring production problems, and getting it back under control.
Common questions
No. Working inside established applications is one of our strengths. We can take on a system with years of accumulated business rules, understand how it works, and improve it incrementally, including mixed environments where older .NET and modern .NET components run side by side.
That is the environment our experience is built for. Deep SQL Server work, including complex procedures, reporting queries, financial calculations and performance investigations, is a core part of what we do rather than something we avoid.
In most cases, yes. We introduce a clean API layer over your existing business logic, then build the Flutter or .NET MAUI application against it. The existing web application keeps running throughout.
We start from the workflow, not the technology, and only add AI where it removes real effort. Where information cannot leave your infrastructure, we deploy private or local LLMs so sensitive business data stays inside your own environment.
Yes. Technical rescue is a regular engagement for us: partially completed builds, poorly documented systems, and applications with recurring production problems. We assess the current state honestly and give you a realistic plan before committing to a direction.
A conversation, then a technical assessment. For an existing system that means reviewing the architecture, database, integrations and deployment path. You get a clear picture of where things stand and a staged plan, whether or not you continue with us.
Let's work together
Describe the situation in your own words. We will tell you honestly what we think the right shape of work is — including when the answer is smaller than you expected.
