How Dialmetrics handles what you share through this site. Short version: we use it to reply, and we never sell or share it.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the details you choose to enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, website address, the topic you selected, and the description of your project. Nothing else is captured from the form.
Our web server keeps standard technical logs — request addresses, timestamps, status codes and the originating IP address — which we use to operate the site securely and to rate-limit automated submissions.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your enquiry.
- To follow up on a conversation you started with us.
- To keep a record of enquiries for our own business administration.
We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send unsolicited email. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Who else sees it
Enquiry emails are delivered through an email service provider acting on our behalf, and are received in our own company mailbox. We do not share the content of your enquiry with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you choose a light or dark theme,
that preference is stored in your own browser using localStorage — it never
reaches our servers and is not used to identify you.
Pages that embed a Google Maps frame load content from Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and are removed on request. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mail@dialmetrics.net and we will action it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are protected against cross-site request forgery and rate limited. We hold enquiry data in systems protected by access control, and we do not ask for passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through this website.
